The module aims to hone student’s practical skill of analysing and developing policy that addresses existing social and public problems. Students are required to integrate the knowledge of politics, economics, and philosophy in their analysis and policy making under the guidance of the instructor. Former government officers or experts with rich experience in public affairs will be hired as instructor to provide practical guidance to student. Students are required to report to the instructor on a weekly basis about their progress and the difficulties they faced during the process. At the end of the class, students will be arranged to present their proposal to the stakeholder of corresponding public issues.
