以前在香港說起素食,一般都會想起傳統的中式「齋鋪」。但近年愈來愈多較西式和新潮的素食餐廳,「素年」便是其中最成功的一間。「素年」在2019年成立,至今已有8間分店,可謂「逆市擴張」。今次《論恒》有幸請來「素年」兩位老闆,分享他們的創業之路。究竟他們如何在毫無飲食業經驗下,成功建立自己的素食品牌,又如何透過「素年」改變香港人對素食的想像呢?
